Excellent IT support is one of our primary aims and we have been supporting IT systems since day one. We have extensive knowledge and can help remotely, over the phone or on site with any issue, with the priority of removing the problem from the user being the most important element.
We pride ourselves on being solutions providers, so if you have a problem, we will solve it. Our aim is to take the problem on for you, not pass you to somebody else, so even if the issue is not directly related to a system we support we will still take the problem away from you and work with the necessary people to resolve it – you can rest assured you can continue with your day rather than spend hours on the phone to multiple suppliers.
Contract clients with the correct equipment can take advantage of our remote engineer service, greatly reducing the time to diagnose problems and find a resolution. We also offer 24x7 monitoring of all servers and workstations. This Proactive service allows us to find, diagnose and fix many issues before they become disruptive to your business, maximising your uptime and minimising costs.
We have standard retainer contracts that cover all the items a small to medium sized business requires, through to customised hardware and software contracts that include business continuity packages too, so we can offer a tailored support solution whatever the requirement.
Our standard contract includes the following:
- Guaranteed on site response time - Typically 8, 4, 2 or even 1 working hours depending on client requirements.
- No call out charges - We do not charge a call out for non emergency visits.
- Telephone support - Priority telephone support, with over 95% of calls answered and dealt with by an engineer immediately.
- Remote support - Connect remotely to workstation or server to diagnose faults, with 95% of these dealt with by an engineer immediately.
- Consultancy - Advice and recommendations on equipment and services for your systems and assistance with projects.
- Scheduled visits for patching and updating - Set number of site visits per year to ensure all machines are performing properly and to update key software.
- Proactive monitoring of servers and workstations - Our Proactive client software runs on your server and workstations to provide 24x7 monitoring of important services, informing us immediately of a potential issue and helping to avoid disruption.
Our standard contracts run for 3 months, so we do not tie you in for long periods as we are supremely confident the service we offer will mean you want to stay with us. We can of course offer longer contracts if you require this and our business continuity solutions often run for 3 years or more at the clients request for insurance and compliance reasons.
