Our core business has always been providing IT services, primarily support for your computer system. We have been supplying and supporting systems from the days of the IBM XT and AT machines, when DOS and Wordperfect 5.1 were used everywhere. As the IT industry has developed, we have seen the good and the bad, watched how products and services have come and gone and have been perfectly placed to develop our business around proven, reliable systems that actually work. We do not recommend or support systems that we think are not suitable and will advise on replacements if you have a system not fit for purpose.

All our engineers have been with the company for over 5 years or are training from school/collage, so we do not have engineers that have completed a 12 week course and suddenly think they are ready for your corporate network. We feel experience is worth more than a paper qualification, so all engineers at BBS are trained in house over many years, gaining valuable real world knowledge that cannot be taught in a classroom.

For key applications, all engineers are sent on courses to hone their skills and further increase knowledge. We often find our engineers can teach the tutor a lot in these classes as the totors have very little real site experience.
