ADSL

BBSnet ADSL broadband offers high speed, always on internet connectivity using the standard 8MB Maximum system. This means your line will run at up to 8MB depending on the distance from the local exchange. Our ADSL service is backed by our first class support engineers, so you never need to call 3rd party providers such as BT and spend hours in queues to resolve queries.

ADSL2+

We were one of the first companies to offer ADSL2+ services and have extensive knowledge in this area. Many providers do not understand the configuration issues associated with ADSL2 so they are not able to maximise router performance. We can ensure you release the full potential of the line by supplying routers configured properly for the service, fully supported by us. ADSL speeds are up to 24MB, so downloading files is very fast.

SDSL

For companies requiring a more resilient connection with a Service Level Agreement guaranteeing uptime, SDSL offers a cost effective solution. Always on, synchronous connectivity means that the line runs at the same speed both for download and upload, maximising remove access and sending of email and files. It is also useful for VOIP technology or when you have multiple remote connections or sites. Cheaper than leased lines in most cases and available at more locations, SDSL is the sensible upgrade to your ADSL service.

WiMAX

Urban WiMAX is a London only solution for high speed internet access that uses roof mounted transmitters so it does not reply on BT lines or cables. This makes the WIMAX system ultra reliable and also means we can have high speed internet working within 24 hours if you need a line quickly. WIMAX speeds start at 1Mb and climb to 10Mb, all are synchronous and they are typically less expensive than Leased Line whilst offering similar Service Level Agreements.

Leased Line

If internet connectivity is critical, the Leased Line is really the only option for you. With speeds ranging from 1MB to 155MB, we can offer a resilient high speed connection that is unrivalled. Using backend carriers Easynet, BBS offer connections through the best backbone in the UK, with very high SLA (Service Level Agreement) and low costs compared to other solutions providers.

All our lines are backed by our own team of engineers, so you only call us when you have a problem, not the carrier. This ensures the problem is resolved quickly and takes away the need for end user interactivity between technicians that are often hard to contact or difficult to deal with.
